This full-day workshop (5–6 hours) is designed for beginners and confident beginners. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Foundation Paper Piecing while creating a sewing machine block. The session includes step-by-step instruction, guided hands-on sewing, and time for troubleshooting and practice. By the end of the day, each participant will have a completed block and the skills to use FPP techniques in future projects.

We are delighted to bring you the latest exhibition of North Eastern branch members' work along with our challenge quilts on the exhibition theme of Thread Therapy. Please call in to see our quilts and meet some of our members who will inivigilate during the exhibition. Open from 10am to 4pm, no admission charge.

Welcome

The South Midlands Branch of the Irish Patchwork Society has over 50 members from Kilkenny & Waterford.

The Branch offers tuition (to members only) in patchwork and quilting skills with workshops from international and national experts in the field as well as offering classes at Intermediate and Beginner level given by experienced and qualified branch members.

Branch meetings take place 10.30 am - 4 pm on the 2nd Saturday of every month, September to June in the Irish Wheelchair Association, Claddagh Ct., College Road, Kilkenny, R95 Y4DF.

Admission at the door is €5.00 for the morning only and €10.00 for the full day, Sit and Sew - for Members. €7 for Guests, who may attend twice before becoming members. Visitors as well as new members are very welcome.

Join us for visiting Pop up Shops, Guest Speakers, Show & Tell, demonstrations and Tea & Coffee. Hope to see you there!
