![]() WESTERN BRANCH IPS IN NATIONAL HERITAGE WEEK AUGUST 20TH 2025 AT CONNEMARA NATIONAL PARK In July Western Branch members, Anne Marie Horan and Jackie O'Toole, took part in the Connemara National Park's own Heritage Day. Our stand was in the old stables next to a weaver and spinner. There were plenty of visitors and a lot of interest in our work. Our stand was so successful that the Western Branch has been invited to take part in National Heritage Week at the Connemara National Park. Patchwork and quilting have long been a part of our textile heritage and we are delighted to invite you to celebrate National Heritage Week with the Western Branch of the Irish Patchwork Society in Connemara National Park, Letterfrack. Members of the Western Branch will be in the Visitor Centre, Connemara National Park, Letterfrack on Wednesday August 20th, 2025, from 10am -5pm.
